About Ernie Ernie Linton is one of the owners here at Factory Flooring Outlet. He loves what he does and has been doing it for over 35 years. He enjoys his forming relationships with customers and is the reason he’s been in the flooring industry for well over three decades. Fun fact about Ernie: When he’s not running the store, he enjoys fishing and golfing.

About Daniel As one of the co-owners of the store, Daniel takes a lot of pride in the whole flooring process. Having had the unique opportunity to do both installations and sales, he has an in-depth perspective on the products, as well as, the process. Fun fact about Daniel: Daniel enjoys fly fishing, archery, and more. But nothing tops spending time with his newborn son and beautiful wife!

About Larry Larry is the installation manager for Factory Flooring Outlet in Redding and has nearly four decades of experience installing floors. He takes a lot of pride in adding value to customers spaces and making homes look better than they did pre-installation. Fun fact about Larry: Larry enjoys disc golf and a dirt bike riding.

About Rick Rick has nearly three decades of experience and is the sales manager for Factory Flooring Outlet. One of the things he appreciates about working at this store is that the owners genuinely have their client’s best interest at heart. He also enjoys the process of helping clients transform the complexion of their homes. Fun fact: When he’s not working, he loves playing poker and going fishing.

About Cindy Cindy is our office manager and with over 40 years of experience, she does an amazing job. She’s always been drawn to HR and accounting details and she loves working with people, which has made her the perfect fit. Fun fact about Cindy: Spending time with her grandchildren is one of her favorite pastimes and often looks like going geocaching, playing board games, and riding bikes.

About Jeremy Jeremy is our lead purchaser and manages the inventory at the flooring showroom. He has 15 years of experience in flooring and enjoys the fact that each day is different keeping his job fresh and exciting! In his free time, Jeremy enjoys sport shooting with family and friends. Fun fact about Jeremy: Jeremy’s Grandpa worked on the construction of the Shasta Dam.

About John John Pearson has over 19 years of experience and is a sales associate here at Factory Flooring Outlet. His favorite part of the job is being able to help each happy customer and helping them find the perfect brand new flooring! Fun fact about John: John has a beautiful wife, 4 wonderful kids, and 4 fantastic grandkids.

About Eric Eric has over 20 years of sales related experience, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect flooring for their needs. Fun fact: Eric was raised in the South and has lived all over the USA.

About Denise Denise has over 20 years of design experience. She listens to her customers and helps them create spaces that are not only beautiful but comfortable and inviting. She has a keen eye for color and extensive flooring knowledge. Fun fact: Denise lived in Washington State, Germany, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Maui before coming back to California.
