Went to FFO due to being a locally owned business. I also had some personal references. Met Rick, who I showed some pictures of my place and explained my budget. Rick wasted no time in showing me a discounted product that met my needs and budget. LVP. Scheduled the work, they ended coming out a week early which was nice. Team showed up on time, did the best work, and when done, I had a new floor, and you would not even know these guys had been there. Great experience, in work and price, highly recommended.

Our floor installation was completed mid-week last and we are very happy with the end result. We worked with Rick during the entire process and he was friendly, professional and thorough. We have had many projects completed at our house over the years and typically there was something that had gone wrong. That was not the case with Factory Floor Outlet. I want to express how pleased I am with the beautiful Mannington Restoration Collection laminate flooring I selected for my living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, entryway & bathrooms as well as the beautiful, luxurious new carpet for my bedrooms. I feel so grateful I utilized my knowledgeable interior design skills to select flooring that would coordinate & compliment the existing wall paneling, cornice boxes & other details in my home. The entire team at Factory Flooring were amazingly talented, helpful & supportive. Larry, the compassionate measurement installation associate took detailed measurements to prepare for the selection of new flooring. Denise, my sales representative provided her knowledgable support to confirm the flooring was right for me. She even assisted me in working with Chuck, the extremely skilled laminate flooring technician to ensure various design processes were performed correctly. Jason & Dillon, the carpet installation techs were very skilled & supportive as well. Eric the sales representative who worked with Denise provided outstanding support & Ernie the owner was pleasure to work with.

Eric was fantastic to work with in coordinating our bathroom being refloored. Originally, we were told we'd have to wait a few weeks for the install but because it was such a small space, the installers were able to fit us in sooner and they did amazing work! We are extremely satisfied with the product, the installation, and the customer service we received!
